Multi Rice Grader is used for separation of uniform size rice grains from a mixture using four to five layers of screens with different mesh sizes. It is designed having a sturdy metal structure with coating of corrosion resistant paint. This rice grader is equipped with a high quality motor that helps in generating gyroscopic movement using clogging rubber balls. It is highly efficient & completely reliable in nature and assures long service life. Multi Rice Grader is tested on several performance parameters for gaining full client satisfaction.

Multi Rice Grader

The perforated screen assembly having anti clogging rubber balls in every frame is mounted on the triangular gyroscopic rotary frame; due to the unique gyroscopic movement the rice using four or five layers of screens get re graded due to the increase in grading area. Effective means for multiple grading of rice without broken. Also eliminates head rice in separated broken rice.
